Quality Assurance SQF
Responsibilities include ensuring the company’s products are manufactured in a manner that is consistent with applicable cGMPs and meet all relevant quality standards, including the company’s own high-quality standards. Leading and managing the company’s quality control, compliance and assurance programs, and establishing and maintaining appropriate Quality processes, policies and standard operating procedures to achieve the company’s objectives.
SQF Practitioner -- Leads development and implementation of SQF code.
Member of HACCP and Recall Team
Responds to and investigates all costumer complaints.
Reviews Pre-Op & production data. Oversees internal inspections and audits. Monitors adherence to SOP, GMP’s. Reviews HACCP docs.
Oversees all pertaining documentation under Raw Material Specifications, Allergen List, and Finished Goods. Shelf Life Studies, Works with Purchasing to identify appropriate vendors and ingredients.
Provides oversight on regulatory issues for State, Local, and Federal agencies
Maintains Documentation of Departmental Procedures and non-conformances to include Corrective Actions, Trend Analysis, New Product Approvals, Product Change Notices, Auditing, Microbiological & Sanitation Analysis.
