Source aftermarket sales opportunities through inbound lead follow up, outbound calls and e­ mails

Understands customers install base requirements and part needs

Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate team member, customer or channel for further development and closure

Provides follow-up for customer quotes

Maintains CRM database

              Must be a self-starter

Communication - Interacting and communicating respectfully and professionally with others.

    Must be willing to carry out outbound calling.

Interpersonal Relationships - Interacting effectively with a diverse workforce. Teamwork - Contributes to the group/team effort to achieve a common goal. Flexibility- Adjusting priorities and pace to reflect changing needs or job demands Attention to detail - Focusing on important details.


Education:                    High school education

Experience:                   2 - 3 years as a proven inside sale representative, ideally with a manufacturer in the business to business segment, with record of over achieving quotas. Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day. Ability to multi task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Excellent written and verbal skills. Proficient with CRM, ERP and MS Office. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Epicor ERP and MS Excel is plus.

Other Requirements:   Mechanical aptitude.
